Davidson Building
Project description
We’re proud to announce the successful completion of the Mechanical and Public Health installation at the Davidson Building, Level 2.
This phase delivered:
-Public health services
-Upgraded BMS controls
-Ventilation installed within the floor void
-New VRF system serving meeting spaces
Careful planning and close coordination were critical—particularly in the floor void, where services had to be positioned for both maintenance access and clash-free installation. The bespoke joinery housing the VRF units is a great example of quality meeting functionality.
